Abdul Ali has been working in the welfare-to-work market for the last 12 years. He has a wealth of experience in running various large scale projects. The last 7 years he has worked with some of the biggest FTSE 100 organisations in supporting their CSR strategies. Currently heading up Impact West London to leave a lasting legacy between corporations and the community.

Parule has a background working in television & media both in the UK & USA. She worked for the BBC’s Science Department & went onto launch BBC America and was SVP of Business Development & Interactive for the channel. She now works as the Development Officer for Hounslow Giving.

Phil Ruark-Davis has worked at senior levels within Further Education and private training providers for 30 years, the last 18 years as a Director and joint owner of a national training company with responsibility for strategy, sales, business development and contracting. Currently CEO of New London Educational Trust and Trustee at Alabare.
